shipping policy
1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. To start the return, please contact us at sales08@sz-yago.com to obtain the return address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. We will check after receiving the goods and let you know if the return is approved within 1-2 days. After approval, the refund will be made through the original method, and the refund will take about 5-8 working days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.

Damages and issues
1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Product wear and use. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return and exchange freight
1. We will pay for the return and exchange freight due to product quality problems.
2. When there is no product quality problem, the customer will pay for the freight caused by the customer's dislike or buying the wrong product.
